Basic requirements for this service:
- You must have a current / active legal corporate entity in Mexico
- The entity must be registered and active with IMSS and possess an
IMSS employer registration number
- The entity must be registered and active with SAT (Hacienda) and
possess your RFC registration number
- The entity must be registered and active with the state of your corporation
in Mexico for the state payroll tax
- The entity must have at least one active mexican bank account with
web based access and administration privileges
- You must sign a month to month service agreement with Human Resources
Mexico, S de RL
- You must provide a current, signed employment contract for each employee
to be processed (This is important so can process the payroll efficiently
with all correct salaries, allowances, bonuses, vacation time, vacation
bonus, deductions, etc.)
